Terrence “T-Dub” Williams

Transformational Architect • Speaker • Coach • Author • Builder

Terrence “T-Dub” Williams is a Transformational Architect, author, speaker, coach, technology professional, podcaster, educator, strategist, and visionary builder who helps people turn adversity into wisdom, alignment, purpose, and impact. Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Terrence earned a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Xavier University of Louisiana and two graduate degrees from Liberty University. He brings more than two decades of technology experience together with leadership, teaching, communication, storytelling, community building, and practical strategy.

The Story

Transformation in Real Time.

His own story has required transformation in real time. After Hurricane Katrina displaced him from New Orleans, Terrence rebuilt his life in Texas. His journey also includes surviving dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP), living with X-linked ichthyosis, navigating major life transitions, and learning how disruption can reshape identity, relationships, choices, communication, and purpose. Rather than treating adversity as the end of the story, he has built his work around helping people examine what happened, understand what it taught them, and intentionally decide what comes next.

Terrence is the founder of TW Speaks LLC and Grace4Life Ministries and the creator of transformational systems including the E.A.T. Framework — Expectation, Accountability, Transformation — and the 3B Blueprint — Beliefs, Boundaries, Behaviors. Through speaking, coaching, books, courses, media, leadership development, ministry, and community experiences, his mission is simple: Inform. Inspire. Impact.

Why “Transformational Architect”?

Build What Comes Next.

An architect does more than admire what could be built. An architect studies the existing structure, identifies what must change, creates a blueprint, and helps turn vision into something that can actually stand. That is how Terrence approaches transformation. The goal is not simply to motivate people to feel different for a moment. It is to help them examine what exists, understand what must change, design what comes next, and build it intentionally.
