Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled event will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made 30–60 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are not eligible for a refund, but the engagement may be rescheduled within 6 months subject to availability, with a 25% rescheduling fee.
Client Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a speaking engagement, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the event to be eligible for a remedy.
Travel & Accommodation: The client is responsible for reasonable travel and accommodation expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.

Digital products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 25% of the course or workbook content has been consumed. If more than 25% of the content has been accessed, the product is no longer eligible for a refund.
To request a digital product refund, contact info@twspeaks.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Physical merchandise (apparel, hats, stickers) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, contact info@twspeaks.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Items that are damaged or defective upon arrival may be exchanged at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item.
Cohort and live training fees are non-refundable after the first session has begun. Cancellations before the cohort start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. Multi-session packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.
