Orders for physical products are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We ship via standard and expedited shipping within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact info@twspeaks.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Digital products (courses, workbooks, eBooks) are delivered electronically and require no shipping. Access is granted instantly upon purchase.
